Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York in the U.S.A. She is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of tough, yet vulnerable character. Linney was born into a theatre-loving family. Her father named Romulus Linney was a renowned writer. Linney studied at the Arts Theatre School at Moscow, then graduated with her M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City, 1990. She began to perform in Broadway in the very first week, and soon received praise for her performances as a part of Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) and Hedda Galer.
